3. How to Return an Item

Ship the Return: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as CloudNovas is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Keep the tracking number and receipt of the return shipment for reference.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
