CloudNovas does not guarantee that all products will be in stock or available at the time of purchase. If a product you’ve ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item that can be purchased, especially during periods of high demand or promotional offers. CloudNovas also reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors or inaccuracies related to product information.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the CloudNovas website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may be subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for. 4. Sales Tax
CloudNovas is required to charge sales tax for orders shipped to certain U.S. states where we have a sales tax obligation. 6. Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. We do not offer direct exchanges. You will be refunded for the returned item, and the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

7. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

8. Order Cancellations
